*These Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon the time of  booking*​

• At Courtney Ramsden Photography we use Flash Photography, and therefore is not suitable for those who are sensitive to light/Epileptic. 

• ​

• Where there is a + sign next to downloadable images, the client will receive a minimum of said number of images at the photographers discretion.  

•  

• Images are to be used for promotion by Courtney Ramsden Photography, which includes images to be used on Social Media Platforms, promotions and their website. Should you wish your photographs to not be used, please state this upon booking.

•  

• Upon booking a photography session a £20 non-refundable deposit will be taken (unless you book an offer). Your booking will not be secure until a deposit has been paid.

•  

• Although every effort will be made to minimise this, please be aware that wearing glasses may create an uncontrollable glare in the lenses due to using flash photography. We will try our best to avoid this.

• When a booking has been confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled within less than 24 hours of any confirmed date/time, the full fee of the photography session will be charged.

•  

• If a cancellation occurs by Courtney Ramsden Photography in the event that they are unable to attend on booked date due to any cause beyond their control e.g. sudden illness, the client shall be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid to the photographer at that time.​

• Cake Smash sessions must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Without this Courtney Ramsden Photography will not be liable for missing props/backdrops etc. 

• ​

• On the occasion that incorrect information is given by the Client regarding a booking (wrong location, wrong time etc.) or the Client fails to arrive at the agreed location/time, the full fee will be charged to the Client.

•  

• Quoted fees include mileage up to 40 miles round trip. An additional mileage will be charged at 45 pence per mile thereafter.

•  

• All final edited images will be stored and archived by Courtney Ramsden Photography for 3 months. The album on the website on which the photographs are shared to you by, will be removed after one month. After this time it will not be possible to access these images from Courtney Ramsden Photography and they are not liable beyond 3 months of storage.

•  

• Photographs taken during the course of the session/event will be at the discretion of Courtney Ramsden Photography, although every effort will be made to comply with the clients requirements.

• ​

• Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due any time before leaving the session. Any purchases of extra packages of images, will be expected to be paid at the time of ordering.
